My name is Kaitlyn Stevens and I am a junior at the University of Utah on a pre-medical track. I am majoring in anthropology with an emphasis in health and am minoring in chemistry and integrative biology. I graduated from Copper Hills High School with a 3.98 GPA. I was the Computer Technology Sterling Scholar and took multiple AP and concurrent classes.  I really enjoy science and math, and those have been some of my favorite classes I’ve taken in college so far. I know what it’s like to struggle to understand a concept or to struggle in a class in general, and I’ve learned how to overcome it. I know it takes a lot of patience on both ends and a lot of hard work. What I love about tutoring is being able to help students get rid of their frustration and replace it with confidence. I tutored students in high school, my younger siblings, and some of my peers in my classes. In my spare time, I like to play the piano and bass guitar, read novels, and when I get the chance, I love to travel with my friends.
