Sarah

Hello, I am Sarah Fallon! I was born and raised in the beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology with a minor in Philosophy, from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. I then lived in Peru for a year and a half to volunteer in an extremely underserved neighborhood where I gained cultural diversity and became fluent in Spanish. Upon returning to the United States, I started the doctoral program at the University of Utah for physical therapy. I absolutely love working with kids! I have been a nanny since high school, volunteered in countless elementary, middle, and high schools, worked in Peru with children from orphanages and schools around the area, tutored for all ages, and worked in our school district as a special-ed paraprofessional. To be honest, there hasn’t been a teaching job I haven’t liked! I honestly feel comfortable teaching almost every subject, but being a science-based student, I love any level of math or any subject in science at the elementary through college level. I am currently taking classes, which result in my knowledge being broadened and refreshed every day at the doctoral level. However, I believe my foundation in love and respect for kids and teenagers is what makes me a wonderful teacher. I have learned through all my experiences that patience and trust are fundamentals for any student- teacher relationship, and I am ready to give it my all!
